The meeting of the Minister of Justice of Belarus Oleg Slizhevski with the Head of the Directorate General Human Rights and Rule of Law of the Council of Europe Christos Yakumopulos took place on December 20, 2017.

Within this meeting Oleg Slizhevski and Christos Yakumopulos discussed the activities of the Ministry and potential scope of engagement of the Council of Europe.

The representative of the Council of Europe offered an assistance in the sphere of the development of mediation and raising of lawyers qualification in the context of the educational platform “HELP” of the Council of Europe on training of legal professions representatives.
