Ruslan Mirzaev is a founder of a dispute resolution center ARBME Dispute Resolution Services, dedicated to development of commercial arbitration and mediation in Azerbaijan.

5 years of experience in the practice of alternative dispute resolution and over 10 years dedicated to teaching of alternative dispute resolution.

Attended numerous mediation proceedings at JAMS, other reputable mediation institutions and courts in the USA.

Teaching mediation for judge candidates, attorneys, government officers, other professionals and students at Judicial Academy under the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan and Baku State University for the last 10 years.
