ABOUT THE FORUM
It is a grand-scale event that gives an opportunity to take a look into the future, find ways to develop commercial mediation in your country and take expert opinions, as well as make new and useful acquaintances.
It is a meeting place of more than 50 specialists from Eastern and Western Europe, as well as Central Asia, including representatives of the ministries of justice, judges of supreme courts, mediators and international experts in the field of commercial mediation.

The rule of law is paramount. This is an essential condition for the development of an appropriate judicial system and to create a more favorable investment climate. With this in mind, the implementation of commercial mediation is another step in the right direction. The forum is a unique event for the countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia aimed at expanding the use of commercial mediation to resolve economic including cross-border disputes.
The forum was held in 2016 in Minsk, Belarus. More than 50 representatives of the mediation community and representatives of government bodies from 14 countries in Eastern and Western Europe, as well as Central Asia took the part in this event.
As a result of the forum, the participants adopted the Communiqué on the continuation of regional cooperation in the development of commercial mediation.
