The forum is a unique event for the countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia aimed at expanding the use of commercial mediation to resolve economic including cross-border disputes.
The forum was held in 2016 in Minsk, Belarus. More than 50 representatives of the mediation community and representatives of government bodies from 14 countries in Eastern and Western Europe, as well as Central Asia took the part in this event.
As a result of the forum, the participants adopted the Communiqué on the continuation of regional cooperation in the development of commercial mediation.
