ABOUT COMPETITION

The International Student Competition “Mediation of the Future” is an innovative form of educational competition conducted in the form of a business game in which student teams are given the opportunity through mediation to resolve specific disputes and get the hang of negotiation skills in difficult situations that today becomes the first key competence of a new managers and lawyers generation.

The competition is attended by negotiators and mediators teams consisting of 2 people. From one higher educational establishment only one negotiators team and one team of mediators can be nominated for the competition.

The competition is annually organized by the Center for Mediation and Negotiations (Minsk, Belarus) with support of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.
