Liliya Vlasova is the founder of the Minsk Center for Mediation and Negotiations, one of the first certified mediators in Belarus, the founder of Belarusian mediation.

Liliya’s mediation practice began in 2011. During this time, Liliya conducted about 200 mediations.

She also is the international mediator (Certificate IMI), mediators trainer, founder of the Vlasova, Mikhel & Partners Law Firm, mediation expert of IDLO and EBRD, as well as recommended expert in the sphere of mediation and alternative dispute resolution by WHO’S WHO LEGAL and Chambers Europe.
