A second textbook on mediation in russian has been prepared and published in Belarus. The author of the textbook “Mediation” is Oksana Zdrok, associate professor of the civil process and labor law department of the law faculty of the Belarusian State University.

The purpose of the textbook is to form the profile of competence of a mediator including communicative, negotiation, media-technological, legal knowledge and skills.

The first textbook, “Basic Mediation Course: Reflexive Notes”, was published in 2011.
