Elena Ivanova is a certified mediator (IMI certificate, Netherlands), psychologist, Ph.D. She held as mediator more than 800  mediations on corporate, commercial, school, family and other intrapersonal conflicts.

Elena was large silver medal awarded  for Contribution to the Development of the Russian Conflictology in 2009, is the laureate of the badge of honor “Mediation Proficient” of the Mediators League of St. Petersburg State University and the holder of the title “Mediator of the Year”, 2013 and 2017.
