Diana Protsenko held more than 50 successful mediations and dialogue processes, including with participation of state bodies and local authorities (in public administration) for the needs of decentralization, health and education reforms.

Diana Protsenko is the president and one of the founders of the National Association of Mediators of Ukraine, mediator (accreditation of CEDR (UK), lawyer (private practice), senior lecturer of the Faculty of Juridical Sciences of the National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” (Kiev, Ukraine).
