Currently there is the Law on Mediation is developed in Ukraine which is under consideration by Parliament and adopted in the first reading.

Despite the absence of the law, with the help of individual enthusiasts, mediation in Ukraine is developing. Centers for the training of mediators have been created and are actively working.

Mediation practice is developing. Certified mediators who have been trained in the UK, USA, Germany are also involved in assisting citizens and legal entities in resolving disputes.
